The Golden Ticket: Gaither and Wise
Watch Gaither
Tynia Gaither paced the Kowboys in a fourth place finish. She scored 26 points for Osceola by winning the 100 (11.88), placing 2nd in the 200, and anchoring the 4x100 with teammates Tianna Edwards, Tricia Carriere, and Brianna Emanuel.
Watch Wise
Lake Brantley's Neamen Wise was dominant on the track and in the field. The senior known for his hurdling abilities was also the number one seed in the long jump, his first championship of the day. He wasn't done yet as he would capture his second gold in the 300 hurdles, after placing third in the 110s. Lake Brantley finished fourth with 26 points, all of them from Wise.
Congratulations to both Tynia and Gaither and Neamen Wise our Athletes of the Week.
